Journal of Criminology Sociology and Law (JCSL) is published in two months periods. Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis; accepted manuscripts will be published at the most convenient period.

Peer Review Process:
Journal of Criminology Sociology and Law (JCSL) is a double-blind peer-reviewed international scholarly journal. All articles undergo an initial assessment by the journal editor. If they are considered suitable for consideration, articles will then be a reviewed by two external reviewers to assess suitability for publication. Final responsibility for editorial decisions rests with the Editor-in-Chief of the journal. For more information on the peer review process, please see editorial process page.

Allegations of Misconduct:
The journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against any publication malpractices. In the event of any allegation of research or publication misconduct the Journal team will adhere to COPE guidelines in dealing with such allegations.
Conflicts of Interest:
All manuscripts for articles, original research reports, editorials, comments, reviews, book reviews, and letters that are submitted to the journal must be accompanied by a conflict of interest disclosure statement or a declaration by the authors that they do not have any conflicts of interest to declare. Difficult cases will be referred to the Committee on Publishing Ethics (COPE) for advice.
Open Access:
JCSl is an open access journal. All articles are published Open Access on www.journalcriminology.com under the terms of the DOI.
Open access refers to the practice of making peer-reviewed scholarly research and literature freely available online to anyone interested in reading it. People are free to reuse and remix the research.
We allow any user to have immediate free access to the articles, and permit any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose. The full text of all articles available for free and open access without delay: no embargo period; requiring users to register to read content is not accepted; a charge for the print version of a journal is permitted.
Copyright & License Policy:
Manuscripts are accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has not been published (except in the form of an abstract), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that it will not be submitted to another journal while under review process for IJSS, and that its submission for publication has been approved by all of the authors.

As part of its publication policies, IJSS does not accept sponsorship or advertisements. However, the journal can make announcements on its web page about non-profit scientific and educational events.
Marketing:
On occasion the journal will use direct marketing activities (mainly email campaigns) to raise awareness of the journal and to invite authors, researchers to submit their articles. Marketing activities are conducted by Editorial Office.
Revenue Sources:
The journal is financially supported by SD Publisching House. The journal is published under Open Access arrangement, in that all costs associated with publishing an Open Access article in the journal are funded by SD Publisching House.
Suggestions, Requests, Complaints:
If an author, reviewer, reader or other person has a suggestion or request they can contact Editorial Office or the Editor-in-Chief directly via email.
If an author, reviewer, reader or other person has a complaint against the journal or the editors, they should first contact the Editor-in-Chief directly via email. Where a resolution is not satisfactory it will be passed to the management of SD Publisching House for resolution.
